460 grams in weight - perfect for a 12" pizza. Fermented for a minimum of 24 hours, this pizza dough not only tastes delicious, but it is also easier on our digestive systems than its take-out counterpart. The extended fermentation allows for gut-friendly bacteria to develop. 

 

*Cooking instructions:

Bring pizza dough to room temperature for 1-2 hours. Preheat oven to 480F. Stretch and press dough onto parchment lined baking sheet. Add toppings as desired. Bake until golden brown, about 10-15 minutes.
